Public Health Orders and Visitor Restrictions 

Due to public health orders, visitation is limited and all visitors must be screened upon arrival. Please contact reception to confirm the current visitation rules prior to your visit, as well as changes to our visiting hours.
Our current visitor restrictions allow:
  • Two nominated visitors
  • Double vaccinated at a minimum
  • Mask wearing for the duration of their visit
  • Symptom free

Can I have a private room?

Private rooms are allocated on a medical needs basis. If a private room is available we will endeavour to accommodate your request.

How long do patients stay?

The length of stay for a rehabilitation patient will vary depending on their medical condition. The estimated length of stay is discussed with your treating Doctor.


Minchinbury Community Hospital supports families and carers every step of the way. We welcome enquries and are happy to answer your questions.  We will work with you to share frequent progress on your loved one’s condition. For further information please contact us.

Discharge from Hospital

Where possible, we ask that patients complete their discharge by 10:00am. Prior to leaving, please call the front office to complete any final documentation and finalise the balance of your account.
